If  wont let you download pogoplank themes now (you have a cracked pogoplank) you will still need to get the pogoplank themes from this site.   Add this  to . http://cydia.myrepospace.com/PizentuDeWind/  At this moment I have around 20 vWallpapers and 1 pogoplank theme uploaded. It should still be working. You need to add the source through your cydia app. Is that how you added the source? After you successfully add the source, be sure to add my icon pack. that way you will easily be able to spot my packages.
