3G gets not subscribed to data network

Bought the new 3GS and gave my wife my old 3G (upgraded to 3.0). I took her sim card from her Nokia Razor. Phone works perfect as do SMS. She did not have data on her Razor.

I called AT&T and asked them to add unlimited data to her number. Made no mention of it being an iphone (though on the att website it shows a picture of an iphone with her number).

Agent adds unlimited data for $15 a month.

Hang up and for the past two hours we get the Not Subscribed to a data network. Do I have to tell AT&T its an iphone to get the data? Thought others here just added unlimited data.
