An iphone problem ive never encountered. Can someone help 5/24/10

Maybe someone can help me out. im pretty involved in this jailbreak/unlock stuff. its seems that i can fix everybodys phone but my own. lol i have my 3gs shsh files backed up via cydia and restored to a fresh 3.1.2. i unlocked using blackra1n because i have t-mobile. but for some reason im losing service like crazy and even if it says t-mobile with full bars i still cant make calls or send text. i have to reboot, respring, and even reset network settings until it works again. not sure what makes it work again but eventually i can make a call. But its only a matter of time before it messes up again.  If you can help of have any advise please let me know, im using my extra phone which is a samsung T509. I need my iphone i can bearly even text with this thing. Please!!!!!
