I love mine too.  Old Blackberry user and I kicked and screamed but wasn't messing with a Storm.  My only problem is I SUCK at texting. Whats the trick...slow down?
  I got the ringtones down via itunes...awesome but I can NOT figure out how to do the whole texy message alert.  I am sure there is a blog but I am just writing.  I can't follow the videos I need step by step that I can comprehend.  Why not just switch an MP3 to a .CAF why the AAII thing?  Do I have to "jailbreak" my brand new phone?  Just seems like a pain in the butt and the ringtone sare so easy.
