download itunes if you havent already then just sync it

Find the folder that you have your songs saved, drag them over to itunes, connect your iphone/ipod and check sync music.

ok i have the same question but flipped...is there a way i can get the music outta my ipod and into my computer..lol my frends have music that i want :/

Its very easy to transfere songs PC to iTunes with syscn. Otherwise you can use with itunes .
