Update adobe flash player for 3gs?

When i go visit this website "http://www.myspace.com/childrenofbodom" and try playing music
Then a message pops up that i need to "update my flash player" before i can play the mp3 music..
But when i go visit some other sites, i can play & even download mp3, mp4 allmost anything..

Its just bothering me because i can't play music on that site.

Do i need to update something like that adope flash player just to play that mp3 file?

I've got iphone3gs..
help guys pls..
