I had to go to AT&T today becasue my phone just shut off. I didn't know how to reboot being new kept trying to turn it on not like a BB. Anyhow, he said 9/25 on the MMS also and said mine was the 5th phone in today after the 3.1 upgrade.

3.1 keeps you from Jail Breaking.
Staying at 3.0 allows you to be able to Jail Break, but only if you do it.
