Iphone 3G BTstack issue

Hi all.  I have a 3g operating on 4.2.1 unlocked and jailbroken with cydia that I recently attempted to install BTstack in order to use a bluetooth OBD2 scanner for my car.  After installing BTstack which downloaded from cydia onto the phone without issue I restarted the phone but now it just freezes on the boot logo.  Occassionally it will show a load wheel over the boot logo but it freezes there.

I am somewhat capable but the unlock/baseband upgrade was the extent of my abilities so you may have to simplify answers for me.  Thanks in advance for all of your help.
