lol..no, cydia comes with the jailbreak..its like a second app store..but cydia has the apps that apple banned...the ones that apple didnt let out...so cydia is a great tool

Speaking of Cydia, i was wondering if anyone here could possibly forward a package off of there to me.
My Screen and digitizer is cracked and the bottom strip of my screen doesn't work, so I can't search Cydia for an app i want. Would really appreciate anyones help.

use cyder....this little kid made a good video on how to do it....just follow him....


u do want to install veency thru ur computer right...not thru wifi?

look on his description and u will find programs that u need to paste onto cyder to get the whole thing ton work...did u do that? its on his description

Yes i did ! thank you !
some how i was able to get the Veency file working, the only problem that is left for me to tackle would be this.

I have downloaded about 4 different VNC programs, and they all let me see my Iphone on my pc screen, but I cannot control it from my PC, i cannot for the life of me figure out why!

quite interesting...im going to havto look that up, but keep trying dont give up. ill be searching for a reason why though. one more thing, check what kind of settings the iphone neeeds to be in, in order for it to be controled by the computer. cause u can have a setting that isnt allowing you to do so...maybe u shud default the settings...

in the description they say it is supposed to be faster and better looking but ive had no personal experience with it. if i were you id just stick with cydia because thats what most people use and from my experience ive had no prblems with it...
